everybody in my family are saying " I spend too much in my room " well the fact is that , I spend most of my time ( well ...all of my time ) in my room doing research with books ,encyclopedias & online , yzing , watching the latest news , setting up experiments , trying to answer life greatest questions , working on papers , theorizing everything I learn , finally doing my homework , I spend 10 to 12 hours in my room ( and that's after school) and I'm getting really exhausted and there is lack of physical activities in my life , but I believe it's all my works are worth , and I shall not cease until I accomplish them .

Should i continue taking these medicines?

my doctor prescribed 3 medicines:an antihistamine (once a day), a decongestan (3x a day) and and antibiotic-amoxiclav(3x a day). he said i should take these for one week plus an inhaler for my asthma. now im getting nauseous, stomach upset and dizziness. i cant concentrate on studying. but i still have phlegm and decongested nose. should i continue? what do you think? another thing the meds. are quite expensive.

I've heard that supervisors hate letting someone go.I was let go from a job because although I did an excellent job my personality wasn't suited for the office he wanted to build. I also worked in an office for 14 years and a new company bought the company I worked for. I went three years later in the fourth wave of layoffs. The person who decided to let me go was not someone in the office--but from outside the office. The person who told me was someone else. He was also from outside the office and his job was to travel from office to office and fire people. He didn't seem to have any regrets to let me go. He said, "Shasta, I know I'm seen as Darth Vader in this office and I'm not going to fluff this out..." He didn't even thank me for 14 years of loyal service. He didn't seem to be in any pain to let me go--just wanted to get it done and get me out of the office. I would ume anykind of low fat, hight protien diet. I know personally i like to make carole with whole wheat pasta, low sodium pasta sauce and ground turkey or chicken. After i brown the ground turkey or chicken i add the sauce, spinach and lowfat cheese. Then combine it with the pasta and bake it for like 15 mins. Then i ration it. It helped me lose like 5 llbs over 2 or 3 weeks. AND i saw on the health channel that ppl that eat more lowfat dairy diegest up to 50% LESS fat over the year.

I think my cat has a respiritory infection. How can I help her at home?

I would call the vet and tell them what you've just told us here. A cat cold is very serious and she needs antibiotics. I don't know of any home remedies for cat colds and human meds are usually poisonous for cats. The watered down chicken broth is a good idea, and you could take her into the bathroom and run a hot shower for the steam, maybe that would help her breathing. Other than that, she needs the vet (getting the antibiotics is more important than the chances of her picking up an infection). I'm so sorry your kitty is sick, and I wish you all the best.

I rescued 3 horses!!! can anyone talk with me a little and help me out?

hey ok, i rescued one horse from slaughter about a week ago, a 20+ standardbred gelding, ex racehorse about 15 hands high, then we rescued 2 others from a nearby equine rescue, a 15.2 20 year old quarter horse gelding, and a younger quarter horse mare. i have been working with them nonstop, they are doing very well in there training(retraining) and just wanted to find a few down to earth people out there then can talk with me, give advice and tips, on training for example, and basically i wanna know more about, like my stepfather always says, the tricks of the trade. it would be great to talk with some more horse people out there, there is never too much to learn! lol these horses are doing great, and when they arrived here they were all pretty under weight, and did not get too much attention due to the rescue having a little bit of a hard time, and with the standardbred, no one cared anymore about him, a broker bought him and his mare friend(For 14 years, so i am told) from the slaughter house, but he realized he could not keep them, sadly the gelding was the only one we could take home at the time because the mare had obviously gone through a great deal of pain, and although she was a sweat heart, she was a little too much for us to handle, my mom and younger sister any ways, and though i argued at first, it was the best thing to do, thankfully though she went to another broker, and hopefully she has found a new home. then we got the 2 others, and though the official meeting each other was a bit nerve racking, everything seemed to go well, and we love them very much. so if you have horses, and(or) know a bit about them, i would love to talk with you. thanks, hope to hear from someone soon, your friend, trish

I need help with a synth tone.?

I recorded a note of a synth tone that I want to use as b. However, when I map it to a keyboard and play even a few notes lower it sounds horrible and stretched out. Ok, the all of this will probably amount to about 1,200 calories, with all the fries, steak, mash potatoes arent that bad, but the gravy has calories, and the spaghettios and meat are choc full of calories as well as the cookie. I would suggest you ask the restaurant or look at the nutrition facts or just go on an online calorie counter. but, to burn it, I would say.....GO RUN, NOW. Right now go run around the block, do interval training (google it) while running. Do half-1 mile around a few blocks, and then briskly walk home. (and i a mean BRISKLY) Then get home, watch a tv show and during the commericals jump in place, just keep jumping. Before dinner and lunch drink a gl of green tea (iced or hot) with half a gfruit. This will get you full and rev up your metabolism to make your body burn up the calories as you eat. With these meals, have water or gfruit juice. This will burn the calories while you eat. Eat a small portion. Don't binge. If you are craving a dessert have a handfull of strawberries, or instead of ice cream, have a fresh fruit smoothie, or fat free sugar free jello, pudding, or ice cream sandwich. or even a sugar free sorbet. Hmm lets see.. a good application tip, they should be applied from the outer corner of your eye, this is very important, how long they stay on will depend on the adhesive, so apply the eyelashes first and then apply make up, if you're going to use an eye shadow base, so the eye shadow stays longer, specially if we are talking about fantasy eye shadow with glitter or the shiny powders, do not apply the eye shadow base on top of the area where the eyelashes are, but slightly above them so the base wont interfere with the adhesive, also be careful when you apply the eye shadow, dont forget to give the adhesive enough time, basically make sure the eyelashes are firmly glued to the eye-lid, I haven't heard of any problems with contacts at all, so its safe, I wouldn't recommend to sleep with them on, but if you have no choice, bring with you the adhesive and check your eyelashes from time to time to make sure they are still firmly glued, if you notice one of them is becoming unglued, you can always apply a bit of adhesive to the area that needs it, for this task grab a q tip and remove the cotton from it, or use an aye shadow applicator and remove the spongy material, this is even better than the q tip because the eye shadow applicators without the spongy material look like an spatula, flat on both sides, so you can apply the adhesive to one side of the applicator and voila! this is in case your eyelashes kit dont come with an apropiate applicator of course, and remember practice makes perfect, try these tips at home first apply make up and all so you can see how long they stay on, practice with the adhesive emergency technique lol and wear your contacts as well to see if you feel any disconfort, which i dont think thats going to be a problem at all.. try before your night out, its always good to rehearse.. hope these tips help you and good luck :)

I was ordered by my dermatologist as part of an acne regimen to cleanse my face twice daily as well as using a topical and oral medication. I've been getting good results, but decided to switch cleansers from clean and clear bar soap to the Aveeno foaming cleanser. About two days in, I noticed my face was sensitive to the touch and hurt slightly while putting on my makeup. My skin has always been slightly sensitive...but is this because of my cleanser? I have a 2008 V6 Mustang. The only problem I have had with it is one of the tire pressure sensors keeps losing signal every now and then. Mechanically, it has been reliable. I enjoy driving it and it handles very well. I picked the V6 over the V8 because it was cheaper, used lower octane gas (which is cheaper to buy) and got better gas mileage than the V8. so basically its all been going downhill since 2007, i started a course at college with the idea of being a policeman and was very confident in myself. then i met a friend on the course who was a stoner. he got me into pot and slowly my grades got worse/ i wasnt going in until eventually i dropped out of the course. then i thought i would take a course in media as a past time while i got myself fit enough to join the forces and give up drugs. after a year of kicking *** on the media course i had to drop out to get a job and , now here i am 3 years on in the same situation , no job , no money , a roof over my head only because my ma wont throw her son out. i dont no where to start. my lifes a right mess, drugs are no longer the problem because i cant afford them , i litteraly have no money ever. i wish i could just have a fresh start but i cant , so i gotta take charge , only problem is i dont have a clue where to start.

I skipped my placebo pills in order to skip my period. I'm on a triphasic cycle and I started to have break through bleeding. I continued my pill use like normal hoping it would go away but I have now had BTB for about 2 weeks and am veryy tired of it. Whats the best way to get a normal cycle again? well, he is pretty old. since he seems happy i think you should wait. but i hope it isn't a tumor. i would get it checked out by the vet to make sure you know what it is. but, at least he is happy. :) i'm glad to see a person who cares so much about their rats. Help with my 5 month old italian mastiff and her aggression?

I have a 5 month old female italian mastiff that I got from someone who had an accidental litter from their 2 mastiffs. She came from what seemed like a loving home. I took her home and introduced her to my husband and my 8 month old mix breed. She does fine most of the time with my other dog. She has now tried to attack my husband 3 times and my sister-in-law once. She also got in attack mode when I took her to a park to meet some friends. She has never showed any aggression towards me in the 2 months that we have had her. My husband has been nothing but nice to her and is even the one who feeds her twice a day. For the most part she is good with him but the minute he leaves the room and tries to come back in, if I am in that room she gets aggressive towards him. We had trainers in and while they worked with her they tried to go after them twice. I love her and wanted nothing more then a big loving family dog but I am afraid of her and I fear letting anyone in my house seeing that she wont even let my husband near me. I'm even more scared because we plan to start a family soon and I don't know how she would act when I have a baby taking my attention away from her. Any ideas? At this point I don't even like the idea of giving her to another family knowing that she has bit my husband twice (once bruising and once drawing blood).

Be very careful if you let someone hypnotize you. The reason is that when a person is hypnotize their conscious mind is being relaxed and their subconscious mind is coming to the forefront. When this happens the person who is hypnotising you is touching your psyche(inner most being)and if they do not know what they are doing they can bring trouble to your psyche and in doing so bring problems to you in the short and long term. If the HR person at work revealed my salary to someone I supervise, do I have recourse?

The company where I work took an across the board pay cut of 5% in January of 2009. In January of 2010 I was reinstated to my old salary, but no one else at the site was. The human resources person (business manager) was gossiping and told 2 employees that I had been reinstated to my former salary. This has brought resentment into the supervisor/employee relationship. I wrote a letter formally complaining, but my supervisor refuses to take any action against the HR mgr. Do I have any other recourse? Is this something I should take further up the line?

For the last 4 years or so I have been managing a retail store in which the company requires me and all of my full time employees to work alternating 5/6 day work weeks. After a complete hysterectomy for the treatment of endometriosis, can it reoccur?

I have had 3 surgeries to remove the endometriosis, the last one was to remove the uterus. When the surgeon opened up he found my uterus wrapped within my bowels, he had to sc the endometriosis from my bowels. I have been in more and more pain over the last few years, I'm currently taking 500 mg. of viccodan 4 times a day for 2 years for back pain they can't find a reason for. When the last operation occurred the surgeon said I shouldn't have been able to stand upright because of the pain, most of which was in my back. When I suggested that this might be a problem now the doctor said the endometriosis could not come back because it needed hormones to grow. My repley to that statement is this. First I had one ovary removed, then the other, then my uterus. When I had my uterus and no overies or natural hormones the endometriosis grew the most. Could this stuff be growing on my bowles and causing terrible back pain? I hate taking the viccodan and just want my life back....HELP!!!!!

We have English in school to the same portion as the other European countries. The difference is that English/American TV-shows are not dubbed into Finnish, they are only subtitled. It's a huge factor in learning language to hear it daily. For instance, here in Finland we are forced to learn Swedish due to it being an "official" language (a leftover from the middleages when Finland used to be part of Sweden) and we never hear it spoken, and the result is visible, only maybe 20% of the Finns can REALLY talk it, rest of us barely.
