no you don't need O'neal he's a fantasy bust. he is injured like 3/4 of the year. Allen is worth a lot more. you have great center depth. If you want a sleeper Trying Nabbing Lamarcus Aldridge or Al Jefferson or even Al Horford good luck hope I helped.
