I Caved from my diet. ughh. How many calories did I eat?
Hi, I will answer your question unlike these other unhelpful people. Ok, the all of this will probably amount to about 1,200 calories, with all the fries, steak, mash potatoes arent that bad, but the gravy has calories, and the spaghettios and meat are choc full of calories as well as the cookie. I would suggest you ask the restaurant or look at the nutrition facts or just go on an online calorie counter. but, to burn it, I would say.....GO RUN, NOW. Right now go run around the block, do interval training (google it) while running. Do half-1 mile around a few blocks, and then briskly walk home. (and i a mean BRISKLY) Then get home, watch a tv show and during the commericals jump in place, just keep jumping. Before dinner and lunch drink a gl of green tea (iced or hot) with half a gfruit. This will get you full and rev up your metabolism to make your body burn up the calories as you eat. With these meals, have water or gfruit juice. This will burn the calories while you eat. Eat a small portion. Don't binge. If you are craving a dessert have a handfull of strawberries, or instead of ice cream, have a fresh fruit smoothie, or fat free sugar free jello, pudding, or ice cream sandwich. or even a sugar free sorbet. NO SODA. Tell yourself NO. Don't let your body control you brain. Make the Brain control the body. Ok, just follow this. Your welcome! Good lucK!
