To all those who say post-Depression reforms were unconstitutional: is 1920s america a better alternative?

Your comments are just that. No facts. The food was fine for the time. Medicines were fine for the time. Trusts???? You have to be kidding. The sad part is that the regulation of the pharmaceutical industry (for example) has caused untold numbers of deaths due to the barrier it has put up to developing new drugs. A private sector regulator like UL labs would have been far far more efficient than the FDA. And the FDA has turned out to be highly corrupt and easily corruptible. Government regulation of business does not work and it never will. It only creates more opportunities for corruption in the system.
