For all who blame the "liberal media"... Still think the US media is "LIBERAL"?
I think Alexander Haig put it best when he used the term "linguistic Inexactitude" Which is a clever play on words to soften the term lying. Alkin to "pre owned" as opposed to "used" in the car biz. The media is not liberal unless the powers that be decide the *Liberal* story will serve their interests at the time. If Americans watched BBC news on satellite feed from London they would see a side of things that would startle them. Then most would see the Fox version and discount the real story as propaganda. Mark Twain said it best "Those that don't read the news are uninformed, those that do are misinformed" Today however we have television which is a medium that covers all NLP receptors well. You can see, and hear things most of which are described in such a way as to cover how they want you to feel as well. I honestly believe that if one was to limit their television viewing to 1/2 hour a day the intellect in the USA would improve. What would one watch for that time ? Jeopardy. News talk radio is where consensus opinion and issues are often brought out in ways print and TV will never match. After all, opinions on air can be easily forgotten, opinions here, on TV, and in the press are able to be saved.
