I would ume anykind of low fat, hight protien diet. I know personally i like to make carole with whole wheat pasta, low sodium pasta sauce and ground turkey or chicken. After i brown the ground turkey or chicken i add the sauce, spinach and lowfat cheese. Then combine it with the pasta and bake it for like 15 mins. Then i ration it. It helped me lose like 5 llbs over 2 or 3 weeks. AND i saw on the health channel that ppl that eat more lowfat dairy diegest up to 50% LESS fat over the year.
