Question about making wind chime or vanel like that old lady had in 'Twister' moive?

I am wondering where can I get information on how to make the metal or tin into the ones where an old lady had in her yard to tell about the wind or whatever from Twister moive. I am not that good at explaining. Any good sites recommdtion or anything?
