Can I stay in my Fraternity and Transfer?

I have just finished my freshman year at college. I also just received my financial aid package. It is significantly worse compared to last year. It is also a private college. It is way too much, and I can't afford it. It looks like I am going to have to transfer to another college. If they have the same fraternity, will I be allowed to be apart of it, or is that not allowed, because it is a different chapter?
