Can you please help me w/ ideas for a Halloween Party!?

I'm thinking about throwing a halloween party. I need to know what spooky songs i should play and things to eat. I also need to know what decorations i should put up. My parents live in an apt. so it can't be ideas about a backyard. We have a terrace, so it would be helpful if you had ideas for that (it's like medium sized).
