Need my life back on track !!!?

so basically its all been going downhill since 2007, i started a course at college with the idea of being a policeman and was very confident in myself. then i met a friend on the course who was a stoner. he got me into pot and slowly my grades got worse/ i wasnt going in until eventually i dropped out of the course. then i thought i would take a course in media as a past time while i got myself fit enough to join the forces and give up drugs. after a year of kicking *** on the media course i had to drop out to get a job and , now here i am 3 years on in the same situation , no job , no money , a roof over my head only because my ma wont throw her son out. i dont no where to start. my lifes a right mess, drugs are no longer the problem because i cant afford them , i litteraly have no money ever. i wish i could just have a fresh start but i cant , so i gotta take charge , only problem is i dont have a clue where to start.
