Is there a yugioh duel simulator?

Ive tried so hard to join these free online dueling simulations but it isn't working there is one problem or another i finally got the kaiba corp simulator to work but when i went to log in it said there was a database error and i added it as a port to my firewall and it still wont work so i was wondering if there might be a simulator that i can make my deck and a deck for the PC and let the PC duel me because i believe i have a breakthrough in all of yugioh dueling as we know it so anyone that can help or might want to accompany me on my journey to well....talk more privately about what it is if u decide to answer or email me at (jerryhacler17@gmail.com) thanx to all supporters
